Yukawa Shuzoten has won the “Champion Sake” at the IWC International Wine Challenge!
In the SAKE category of the world’s largest competition, the “IWC International Wine Challenge 2023,” the sake brewery “Yukawa Shuzoten,” located at an altitude of 1,000 meters and closest to the stars in Japan, has been awarded the “Champion Sake”! Congratulations! That’s amazing! As expected, sake from Nagano is delicious!
And what’s more, two bottles of sake brewed with our cultivated Yaehara rice, “Kisoji Junmai Yamageneshiki 2021” and “16th Generation Kuroemon Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi 2022 (Nama-zume),” have received Silver Medals! Thank you very much! We are overjoyed! It would be wonderful if Nagano sake could spread to the world. We will strive to provide even more fantastic rice!
